We are thrilled to share the latest updates and enhancements we have made to the Swftbox platform. Our team has been hard at work developing tools that not only streamline your logistics operations but also help you deliver a better experience to your customers across the UAE. Here’s a quick overview of what's new:

🚀 Delivery Boost

Allows you access to Express deliveries to boost urgent deliveries. Please reach out to CS or your account manager for details.

The new Customer Survey feature allowing recipients to rate their delivery experience directly.

🎉Customer Surveys 

Deployed and Launched: Customer Surveys post delivery (fully customizable questionnaires).

👌 Enhanced Features:

  1. 🎉 Launched: Onboarding Wizard for newly registered accounts on Control Room, to guide them through the dashboard basics.

  2. 🎉 Launched: Partner account configuration and Overview Page (Settings > Details).

  3. 👌 Enhanced: Direct integration API now supports pickup location phone number.

  4. 👌 Enhanced: Customers can now mute any follow up system notifications for a delivery.

  5. 👌 Enhanced: Added new reporting columns on the Orders report.
