Shipping Time: 3-5 days
If volumetric weight is higher than actual weight, volumetric weight charges apply.
Rates include fuel surcharges, government taxes and swftbox fees, but exclude VAT and customs fees.
No Cash on Delivery service available for international deliveries.
Customs Duty Taxes and VAT (if applicable) will be paid by the receiver at the destination.
A surcharge of AED 120 will be applied for remote areas with certain postal codes.
A surcharge of AED 10 applies for any Dangerous Goods shipments (perfumes and similar products).
TIP: Always leave a buffer of 0.5kg for any shipment incase of deviation in packaging and weight.
