| Active Storage/CBM | Monthly rate of storing a cubic meter (CBM) of space in the swftbox warehouse. Fast-moving goods are typically stored in active CBM; slower-moving goods can be stored in passive CBM. Get 1 free CBM for every 100 orders. | AED 450 |
| Passive Storage/CBM | Charged per cubic meter (CBM) in a separate warehouse, typically for slow-moving or excess stock. Passive CBM is available for non-perishable goods only and for partners doing 600+ deliveries a month. | AED 250 |
| 3rd Party Order Pick-up from swftbox Warehouse (for fulfillment) | Orders to be collected from the swftbox warehouse by a third-party driver must include “Warehouse Pickup” in the reference number. Our fulfillment team will print and prepare the package with the required shipping label. Pickups can occur daily 12:00–6:00 PM. The collecting driver must present a valid ID at the swftbox warehouse. | AED 10 |

| Oversized Packages | Standard package size is 20×20×20 cm and up to 7 kg. An oversize fee applies to any package exceeding this. Maximum: 15 kg per package, a total of 160 cm (sum of all sides), and no more than 100 cm on any one side. Oversized packages take an extra day to deliver.
